Cancellation Policy
Registrations that are canceled seven or more days before the workshop are refundable, minus a $10.00 administrative fee. Alternatively, you can transfer your registration as credit to attend a future class from BeeVangelists. You may also choose to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost, however, you must notify us of the transfer before the day of the class. In this case, please notify Charlie of BeeVangelists of the name and email of the person who will be attending at:

Cancellations made less than seven days before the class begins are nonrefundable.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or low registration numbers. Liability is limited to a full refund of workshop fees only.
Group Registration Instructions
To register a group for a workshop, choose the number you would like to register for the selected workshop and fill in all the relevant information. If you register four or more people on the same order, you’ll automatically receive a 5% discount.

Filming and Photography
Beevangelists reserves the right to film video content and take photos at our events. Filming and photography may be used for promotional materials, which helps us help others to access the courses. If you wish to not be filmed or photographed, please communicate this to Charlie ahead of the workshop via email.
